Fitness Pledge Examples
We, the students of Fellows
Elementary School, pledge to eat the
right kinds of food for our bodies,
exercise at least one hour every
day, stretch often, get enough rest
at night, get involved in an
activity of interest and just have
fun with life!
I pledge each and every day to keep
my body healthy, strong and
physically fit!
I can do this by eating healthy
foods, drinking plenty of water,
breathing in fresh air, and having
good character.
I understand that it is very
important for me to stay physically
active throughout my lifetime.
I pledge each and every day to keep
my body healthy, strong and
physically fit!
Running and jumping
Monkey bars too,
Swing sets and playgrounds
Are good for you.
20 minutes of exercise is really ok,
Now go on ahead and play everyday,
Sleeping and resting and laying
down,
Will make you happy and not make you
frown.
Have eight whole hours,
You'll gain Super-Powers,
And be able to play throughout every
day.
Now…
Apples and grapefruit,
Peaches and pears,
Help you stay healthy and well
through the years.
Broccoli and Spinach, Vegetable
Stew,
You may not like these
But they will help you.
You may think you know all,
But do you know this?
Water is healthy, and
This you can't miss,
Drink lots of water,
Eat, play, and sleep too.
Never give up,
WE BELIEVE IN YOU! |
